Application Procedure
Applicants sign a service agreement with Ousheng & Partners.
After tax registration, the applicant enters Slovenia to open a bank account.
The company is formed and begins operation. After the preparation of the required documents, the application for residency is submitted. Processing time is normally between two and three months.
Once the applicant is approved, they may enter Slovenia within 14 days. At this time, the applicant can register their personal address and register in the Slovenian medical system.
The initial permit can be renewed after one year, although there is no physical residency requirement. Investors and entrepreneurs are free to reside outside Slovenia, as long as the Slovenian business continues to operate and make profits.

Must have sufficient means of subsistence, at least equal to the basic annual income in Slovenia
Must have adequate health insurance, at the least covering emergency medical care
Applicants must form a company that provides an economic benefit to Slovenia. The company’s reports will be checked at the point of visa renewal to ensure that the venture is profitable.
